(I). Rolling out of e-Office System in to HED Circle & Division offices

Implemented e-office system at CE’s office.

(II). Total e-Solution for Harbour Engineering Department.

A total e-solution platform comprising of all HED activities such as Project monitoring, HR management, GIS mapping etc.. are proposed.

1). Submitting Proposal to Government for AS.

2). To undertake the work with any TSPs is planned.

(II).Development of Integrated Weigh bridge Management System.

A web based system for managing the weigh bridge operation used in HED Projects is proposed.	Development work under progress.	Selection Notice issued.

(IV).Development of e-Governance Infrastructure

(V).Video Conferencing Syste

Provide video conferencing facilities to all the circle/ divisional offices of the department

Conducting review meetings through video conferencing, using limited hardware purchase and free software.

Video conferencing room at Chief Engineer’s office is operational.

(VI).Model Studies Using MIKE 21 Software

Upgradation of MIKE 21 to latest version (2021) and addition of new MIKE 21 Shoreline Morphology and MIKE 3 wave FM.	Proposal for upgradation of MIKE 21 and addition of new module under preparation.	Formed model study, investigation & design in department and model studies are o going.
